ReplyDeleteI, as parent truly believe that educational cartoons should be incorporated in daily activities for children and as for adults. Why because in reality we all enjoy fun things. We need some type of motivation to make learning exciting. Kids enjoy cartoons because it entertains them. At the same time they are learning. Their bright minds are being captivated by the show; kids are like sponges. There have been a few shows that have been great tools for kids in the learning process one is Sesame Street. I actually recall that show while I was growing up and by the time I went to school I knew most of my colors, ABC’s and knew how to count. Since it was so much fun watching that show that today as an adult I still recall everything I learned. For adults also cartoons should be incorporated because we all have really busy life styles. Some of us work more than others. In our mind when we feel we need to do more work is like our mind rejects that. But when are enjoying something we forget we are actually still working and at the same time we are learning. Cartoons are a great way to release our stress. As a result studies have shown that we all need a good laugh.

ReplyDeleteEducational cartoons should be incorporated in today activities for children and adults. I believe it’s a fun and easier way to learn to refresh our minds on, withier it is math, science, English, or history. For instance The Magic School Bus was a popular educational show I used to love to watch was much about science and it was so cool like how the bus would change to a spaceship and go out to space and teach about the solar system with Ms. Frizzle class. To sum up there is other educational show’s from the past and probably today that helps out a lot of children and adults and believe it should be incorporated today.

ReplyDeleteEducational cartoons serve as a form of comic relief for children who are involved in daily routines and schedules that demand a lot from them. Adults do not benefit from educational cartoons as much as children, but can unwind and de-stress while watching. As a parent, I have witnessed the benefits of watching cartoons day-to-day with my son. He has learned and developed an extensive vocabulary because of the shows he watches. These shows that children are exposed to today are more elaborate and interactive. Small children are not only learning words and sounds; they are also learning manners and behaviors. I have been a firsthand witness to the benefits of incorporating these shows into our daily lives. I am in complete agreement with allowing educational cartoons into our lives because of the positive impact it has had on myself and others around me.

ReplyDeleteChildren should incorporate educational cartoons into their day-to-day activities. There are some cartoons for adults, but I would not call them educational. Educational cartoons are an excellent way for children to strengthen their vocabulary, to learn pronunciations, and to improve their grammar. Most cartoons today are interactive and allow them to play along and have fun without them even knowing it. Children can also learn about everyday life and behavioral skills. I recall a series called SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK while growing up. I had no clue what a conjunction was until after I saw “Conjunction Junction”. These and other cartoons like them should be available to all children. Although the majority of cartoons are educational and family oriented, parents do have to be aware of cartoons that promote violence or explicit content. Unfortunately these cartoons do exist in our society. All in all educational cartoons should be incorporated in the day-to-day activities of children. As for adults, stick with “The Simpsons”
I personally believe that, educational cartoons should be incorporated in day-to-day activities, for children as well as for adults. It is widely known, that kids are more to learn the new ideas from their sources of entertainment, rather than formal instructions. When I was a little girl, I watched many educational and entertaining cartoons. Due to entertaining appeal, cartoons were an important resource for me, from which I took great amount of language. In addition to that, as a kid, I learned to distinguish “bad” from “good’ and how to communicate with others. Moreover, buy seven years old, I already knew the alphabet, multiplication table and the names of some animals. We have to take in to consideration that some parents have a very busy life style and schedules. Due to this fact, children do not take a lot from their parents; fortunately, they have a great chance to learn from educational cartoons.
ReplyDeleteSimilarly, educational cartoons are an enjoyable way to learn for adults as well. As adults, we all have busy schedules; therefore, it is not easy to find time and way to improve our skills in certain areas. There is no doubt, that some of us love to watch educational cartoons. It is a great way to improve our language skills as well as grammar. Equally important, watching educational cartoons helps us to learn more about our life in general.

ReplyDeleteEducational cartoons should be incorporated in day-to-day activities for children and adults because, of the impact they make in the human mind. Cartoons in general express the power that captures attention and influences attitude and behavior. When you combine an educational plot with a cartoon it is a recipe for success. There have been times that I remembered the cartoons from my past and applied the positive message. Many children and adults find educational cartoons very entertaining. Children are empowered with excitement and adults are taken back with how much everyday life experiences are in an educational cartoon. To sum it up, an educational cartoon can put life into perspective for children and adults while creating a positive impact in their lives.

ReplyDeleteI believe educational cartoons incorporated in day-to-day activities for children and adults are a good idea, especially for children and teens. For adults it may not be too effective for education for the reason of watching cartoons and not taking them too serious, but for sure, for the children it is a perfect idea to improve their knowledge and get interested in what they have to learn. They can see cartoons, a lot of colors and different movements, so that make the education easy, fun and interesting for them. So, in my opinion, the educational cartoons are a great idea to incorporate in the day-to-day activities.

ReplyDeleteIn fact incorporating educational cartoons in day to day activities for children and adults is a great way for men and women also children to stay in tune with education. Staying in tune with education is hard in today’s world of TV with the x rated cartoons and movies that’s hurt our youth. So if we have educational cartoon’s our youth will have entertainment and be educated at the same time. I also think that the children will love that idea because they will learn more doing the summer and the winter than just playing around. They will have fun with education. For the adults that have been out of school they can still get some type of educational facts, so that they can help their kids with homework. The adults would not have to worry about when they are not home what their kids are watching. For the adult how have been to school can stay in tune with the educational facts that they need. For the reason above that is why I say yes educational cartoons should be incorporated in day to day activities for children and adults.

ReplyDeleteI do think that educational cartoons should be incorporated in day-to-day activities for children and adults. Especially for children. Children love to watch cartoons so now they will be learning at the same time. For adults they will have something to entertain them while teaching them too. I think it’s a fun way to learn more.

ReplyDeleteCartoons a fun way to learn, both for children and adults. In our nowadays society, it is tough for kids to focus on learning without being motivated. Cartoons would entertain them and at the same time they would be learning a certain subject. As for adults, it can be an option to watch with their kids and learn as well. Cartoons can be a simpler form of education for those adults who have a hard time learning in another form or way. In conclusion, cartoons should be incorporated in day to day activities for children and adults.

ReplyDeleteI think educational cartoons should be incorporated in day-to-day activities for children and adults. Using educational cartoons to teach material will grab a student’s attention and motivate them. They can be used for children but work the same way with adults because the human mind can easily remember information if you use images or sounds. In a traditional setting, students usually sit, listen, recite and hopefully learn but instead of using dull lectures to explain information, educational images and cartoons can be used to represent messages and it will have a long-lasting effect. Educational cartoons are full of images, colors, silly characters, goofy movements, and funny sounds that will catch your attention which is why I believe they can be used as an educational tool and should be incorporated in day-to-day activities.

ReplyDeleteI believe that children would be better off watching and listening to educational cartoons everyday because children usually copy and try being the cartoons they watch on television. If children and even adults would take their time to sit down and watch educational shows and cartoons then I believe we would learn a lot by just watching something fun but at the same time educational. For instance, we watch "Family Guy" and hear all these explicit words and use it on our daily conversations. I agree with educational cartoons incorporated in day to day activities.
Alfonso T: I think that educational cartoons incorporated day to day with activities for children and adults is a good way of teaching kid's how to know what is good, and what is bad. Since kids love cartoons I think that people through cartoons can teach a good culture to children in both intelectual, and personal way. Kids love to do what they see on the cartoons so if they see something good they are obviously going to want to do it. My final opinion is that I am totally in favor with this cartoons teaching kids, and adults a good message.
ReplyDeleteErik. L :I personally think that they should incorporate educational cartoons for day-to-day activities because its very visual some people need to see it to believe it and what I mean is that they need to see it and with examples it would help many adults and children alike. They should however, make one for adults different than the ones for children. We are use to watching television to begin with so this would be both an educational and enjoyable activity. This would teach our 21 century kids that learning is fun.Great Idea they should be implemented immediately.

ReplyDeleteLittle Jimmy sits in his class taking an exam. One of his questions is: “Name the order of the planets in our solar system.” Upon reading this, his mind goes blank. He becomes frustrated until he remembers a cartoon he saw a few weeks ago. It contained a song that repeated the phrase “My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizzas.” It served as an acronym to remember the order of the planets. Surely, this is not this first time, or the last, that an educational cartoon helped someone, child or adult, recall something. By attaching a limerick, a funny mental image, or just some music, something mundane or boring can become fun and easy to remember. This goes for children and adults. Shows such as Sesame Street and Blues Clues can help a child retain information better and help them as they start their kindergarten and first grade years. For many adults, training videos, as hokey as they may seem, can help them remember things in a fun way and possibly even make them forget for a little bit about their boring cubicles. Educational cartoons should be incorporated in day-to-day activities for children and adults because it takes the edge off learning things that can be tedious at times. It helps with recalling memories and facts that you might otherwise not remember. Little Jimmy is definitely very grateful for these cartoons and he definitely will not be the last person to feel that way.

ReplyDeleteEducational cartoons for children is a great way to teach them about colors, numbers, manners, grammar, punctuation, and etc. Children are influenced by what they see and hear at an early age. The program," Your Baby Can Read " is a prime example about how children can learn at a very young age through visual flash cards and sounds of words. Sounds and colors attract young audiences. By incorporating this into educational cartoons, children are more interested and entertained while they learn.
Education through cartoons for an adult is also great, but can sometimes throw an adult off for the simple fact that it is a cartoon. What may stimulate a child to learn through cartoons may not have the same effect to an adult. Nevertheless, education is knowledge which can be taught in many ways.

ReplyDeleteDo you think educational cartoons should be incorporated in day-to-day activities for children and adults? From my experience of working with children I see the effect educational cartoon shows have on kids. Shows such as Dora the Explorer and Ni Hao Kai-Lan help teach kids new words in different languages . Television stations such as Nick Jr add bright colors an little animals to attract little kids attention. An the shows gives kids the motivation to learn a new language an in modern day America being bi-lingual is a huge plus. And educational television help adults see an learn new things. Which opens there mind to all types of things. I do not know of to many adults that watch educational cartoons but im sure the effect will be the same. Education is soup for the soul an anyone open to learning new things is a winner in my book.

ReplyDeleteOn this topic I think sometimes that educational cartoons should incorporated for children and adults day to day, because the education cartoons are mostly targeted to children than adults; but the educational cartoons influence the children that grow up to be future educators that end up making more educational cartoons for future generations of children of the world. Sometimes, in the education cartoons, they can sometimes have celebrity guest or main appearances or voiceovers on the show to get the children and the adult viewers hearing or seeing their favorite celebrities on the show. For example the educational cartoon show Cyberchase two of the main characters on the show are voiced by Christopher Lloyd and comedian Gilbert Gottfried, Christopher Lloyd plays the main villain the hacker and Gilbert Gottfried plays a cyber bird named digit. This show can both entertain adults and children, cause a lot of the adult viewers are familiar with the actors on the show and they have seen them in more grown up roles which most of the time are not suitable for their young children because of the content of their past projects, and the children watching the program will learn a lot from watching it as well as learning more about the actors playing them in the future when they are all grown up and understand more in life. Who knows the children watching the program could show it to their children one day and get them interested. As a result, educational cartoons can entertain children and adults but to me in my opinion it depends on the cast and content of the show
Rachelle P. In my opinion the girls performance was very entertaining and i think they did very well. When it comes to their outfits, they looked like dancers. When i visted the website www.awishcometrue.com which, specialize in dance costumes, 90 percent of the costumes resembled what the girls were wearing. This is what dancers wear, this is what pop stars have potrayed look at brittney spears for example. I believe that a costume does not make a person who they are. These young girls are just vitcims of the world judging them. Just because i see a man dressed as a woman in a play does not make him gay. People need to stop being so judgmental give these girls and their parents a break. At the end of the day the girls rocked the house with their performance and they should be commended on their incredible dancing skills, instead of being ridiculed about what they are obviously good at.
